Details: 
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 15 below expected,
especially in the higher terrain.

* WHERE...Bradford, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Northern Wayne, Pike,
Southern Wayne, Susquehanna, and Wyoming Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 to 15 below zero could
result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

Information: 
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
