* WHERE...In New York, Chemung, Cortland, Madison, Onondaga,
Schuyler, Seneca, Southern Cayuga, Steuben, Tioga, Tompkins, and
Yates Counties. In Pennsylvania, Bradford and Wyoming Counties.

* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 8 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
